Jane Griffiths-Jones has been painting the Anglesey landscape to commission since 1985 when she was only 18. She then held her first solo exhibition on the Island of Anglesey at the age of 19. Since then Jane has held solo exhibitions at Oriel Ynys Mon Anglesey, Plas Newydd National Trust House & Gardens Anglesey, Gallery Caernarfon North Wales (Joint Exhibition), the David Hughes Centre Beaumaris (Joint Exhibition), Colwyn Bay Zoo (Joint Exhibition) and the Royal Cambrian Academy Conwy (Selected Artworks by the Panel). Jane Griffiths-Jones is also a published illustrator of children's fictional publications, of published nature writing articles, and author and illustrator of the Peta Pengwin Picture Book Trilogy, published by Gomer Press . Jane also volunteers for the National Trust by providing the illustrations for house trails and pamphlets.
